链条式刮泥机其主要由驱动机构、主梁、中心旋转支座、导流筒、刮泥系统、排渣斗及冲洗机构、铰接式刮渣耙、撇渣板、撇渣斗、出水三角沿板、浮渣挡板、控制箱等部件组成,浮渣刮板将液面的浮渣由池中心撇向池周,收集在铰链式刮渣耙区内,收集的浮渣随主机在池周运动至撇渣斗,通过刮渣耙的铰链活动刮至撇渣斗内,排至池外。
链条式刮泥机是一种悬挂式除泥设备,适用于水处理工程中圆形的初沉池、二沉池、浓缩池排除污泥。沉淀池为混凝土或钢结构,池底稍呈圆锥形,池底中央为排泥斗外接排泥管。工作桥为混凝土或钢结构,本设备不包括池体和工作桥,用户自行解决,我厂可设计制造钢结构池体和工作桥,供应用户,刮泥机由耙架、竖轴驱动装置和过扭距安全装置等组成。
耙齿底边距池底保持50mm允差±100mm。竖轴下端,在排泥斗上方,装滑动轴承,尼龙衬套,采用压国清水润滑。必须设置Dg15润滑水管,由池外引至池底,埋设在池底,水管外面表面不可以高于池底表面,在排泥斗外侧伸出 ,与滑动轴承的管接头接通。引入常压力清水,保证润滑良好,才可以试车运行。正常运行时,也必须在开车前,接通压力清水,保持水下轴承润滑良好。竖轴上端向心轴承和止推轴承组件,采用润滑脂润滑,要求润滑良好。试车时,整机空负荷运行不少于2小时,要求运行平稳 ,噪音在80dB以下。带负荷试运行不少于24小时。
传动刮吸泥机适用于大中型幅流式二次沉淀池的机械排泥。依据池径大小不同又分为单周边传动和双周边传动,功效基本同于传动刮泥机,主要用于大型(一般指池径大于20m)污水厂的初沉及二沉池中,刮集池底沉泥(比重一般小于1.2且不易板结),一般上部设浮渣(或浮沫)刮集系统,即具有刮沉刮浮功能,工艺一般为中心进水,周边出水,中心排泥。

The tolerance between the bottom edge of the rake teeth and the pool bottom shall be 50mm ± 100mm. At the lower end of the vertical shaft, install the sliding bearing and nylon bushing above the sludge discharge bucket, and lubricate it with compressed water. The dg15 lubricating water pipe must be set, which is led to the bottom of the pool from the outside of the pool and buried at the bottom of the pool. The external surface of the water pipe cannot be higher than the surface of the pool bottom. It extends outside the mud hopper and connects with the pipe joint of the sliding bearing. Only when constant pressure water is introduced to ensure good lubrication, can the test run be carried out. During normal operation, it is also necessary to switch on the pressure clean water before start-up to keep the underwater bearing well lubricated. The centripetal bearing and thrust bearing components at the upper end of the vertical shaft are lubricated with grease, which is required to be well lubricated. During the test run, the whole machine shall run at no load for no less than 2 hours, and the operation shall be stable with noise below 80dB. The on load test run shall not be less than 24 hours.
The drive scraper is suitable for the mechanical discharge of large and medium-sized secondary sedimentation tanks. It can be divided into single peripheral drive and double peripheral drive according to the size of the pool diameter. Its function is basically the same as that of the drive scraper. It is mainly used in the primary and secondary settling tanks of large-scale (generally larger than 20 m) sewage plants. The bottom of the scraper (the proportion is generally less than 1.2 and not easy to harden). Generally, the upper part of the scraper is equipped with a scum (or foam) scraping system, which has the function of scraping, settling, scraping and floating.
